The adventure continued tonight during dinner at Brasargent. It is a Brazilian/Argentinian restaurant, where they have a buffet of different side dishes and then they bring skewers of meat to your table to try. We had chorizo (sausage), filet mignon, pork, cow udder, chicken hearts, and tripe. (Tripe is small intestines stuffed with fat.) My adventurous side was put to the test as the last three were brought to the table!
